I have spent 24 years in the medical device industry, starting as a service engineer and growing into territory-level sales and operations leadership roles.
My career has been built on one thing: understanding the clinical environment deeply enough to sell and service medical equipment the right way. I have worked across the full lifecycle of healthcare imaging systems, from installation and troubleshooting to managing multi-state territories and closing high-value deals with hospital C-suite executives.
At AGFA Healthcare, I spent 12 years managing service operations and delivery across all of Northern India. I built a network of 5 channel partners and 55 field service engineers, improved first call resolution from 75% to 95%, and maintained P&L profitability at +65%.
